Exciting news for automotive professionals! The Automotive/Ford ASSET department at New Mexico Junior College (NMJC) has been designated as the exclusive Ford dealership training center in New Mexico for Ford Service Technician Specialty Training (STST). This prestigious distinction places NMJC among an elite group of institutions nationwide, as one of only four colleges in the United States offering this specialized training.
This week marks a significant milestone as NMJC welcomes its inaugural group of dealership technicians to the new training center. Technicians have traveled from Oklahoma, Texas, and various regions across New Mexico to participate in this advanced training program. Over the next two weeks, these professionals will undergo rigorous instruction to achieve certification as Ford Electrical Specialist Technicians.
The Ford STST program at NMJC is designed to equip technicians with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience specific to Ford vehicles. As the most comprehensive training center of its kind, NMJC provides a broad spectrum of courses, ensuring that technicians receive the highest standard of education and certification available.
