Thunderbird Welcome Weekend

October 4 & 5, 2024

Most of the activities are free for the community to enjoy, however, we ask that you register below for the community fun run, youth basketball camp and youth baseball camp, in order to ensure we are prepared accordingly.

The First American Bank & Thunderbird Booster Club Golf Tournament has a separate registration link, see below.

*NMJC Alumni are encouraged to visit
the Alumni table for give-aways and

food truck discounts, while supplies last!

* A 5k Fun Run (or walk) open to all ages and performance levels.

Meet us at the ticket booth of the Ross Black Track, located inside the NMJC circle!

* Team Roping and Recognition of the 1974 & 1975 NMJC Rodeo Team @ Dan Berry Rodeo Complex @ NMJC

* Youth Basketball Camp @ Steve McCleery Athletic Complex
(located inside NMJC's Caster Activity Center and is limited to the first 30 participants - a light lunch will be provided)

2:00 pm

* Youth Baseball Camp @ Ray Birmingham Baseball Complex @ NMJC

* Volleyball Conference Match @ Ron Black Gym (located inside NMJC's Caster Activity Center)

All participants will receive a free t-shirt. Spectators will also receive a free t-shirt on a first come first serve basis.

Out of town guests can enjoy a discounted nights stay at one of the following hotels:

Community Fun Run - Saturday, Oct. 5 @10 am
A 5k Fun Run (or walk) open to all ages and performance levels. This run will begin at the ticket booth of the Ross Black Track @ NMJC.

Youth Basketball Camp - Saturday, Oct. 5 @ 1pm
NMJC basketball players will host this one of a kind youth camp. These amazingly skilled athletes will provide your camper with basketball drills, insight and fun! Your camper will also be afforded the opportunity to enjoy a light lunch in the Mezzanine while watching the NMJC Vollyball conference match, free of charge.

*Friends and family are invited to join, however the lunch provided is for the campers only. The NMJC concession stand will be open

Youth Baseball Camp - Saturday, Oct. 5 @ 2pm
NMJC baseball players will host this amazing camp, your camper will learn drills, insight and have a great time! Major fun is on the agenda for this event!
