Allyson Roberts, Board President

Mrs. Roberts is the Chief Financial Officer
at Nor-Lea Hospital District in Lovington.
She has been a member of the NMJC
Foundation Board since 2019 and has
served as VP since 2023. Roberts also
serves on the Executive, Scholarship
and Finance/InvestmentCommittees
within the Board.

Rosie Insilan Munoz, Board VP

Ms. Munoz is the Assistant Director at the Lea
County Event Center in Hobbs. She has been
a member of the NMJC Foundation Board
since 2019 and served as President from
2023 to 2025. Munoz also serves on the
Executive and the Finance/Investment
Committees within the Board.

Joshua Morgan, Board Treasurer

Mr. Morgan is the VP for Finance at NMJC in
Hobbs. He has been a member of the NMJC
Foundation Board since 2021 and has served
as Treasurer since that time. Morgan also
serves on the Executive and the Finance/
Investment Committees within the Board.

Rachel Gallagher, Ph.D., Secretary 

Ms. Gallagher is the VP for Advancement
at NMJC in Hobbs. She has been a
member of the NMJC Foundation Board
since 2023 and has served as Secretary
since that time. Gallagher also serves
on the Executive, Finance/Investment &
Scholarship Committees within the Board.  

Rosa Carrillo, Board Member

Ms. Carrillo is the Owner of Got Safety, LLC
in Hobbs. She has been a member of the
NMJC Foundation Board since 2022.

Patty Collins, Board Member

Ms. Collins is the President and CEO of
the Hobbs Chamber of Commerce. She has
been a member of the NMJC Foundation 
Board since 2025. Ms. Collins also serves on 
the Scholarship Committee within the Board.

Devon Fite, Board Member

Mr. Fite is the Director of Future Innovators
Academy in Hobbs. He has been a member
of the NMJC Foundation Board since 2024.

Aaron Forrister, Board Member

Mr. Forrister is the New Mexico Market
Manager at Noalmark Broadcasting in
Hobbs. He has been a member of the
NMJC Foundation Board since 2019.
Forrister also serves on the Nominating
Committee and the Golf Tournament
Committee within the Board.

Megan Gallegos, Board Member

Ms. Gallegos is the Regional Development
Director Permian Basin Counseling &
Guidance in Hobbs. She has been a
member of the NMJC Foundation
Board since 2019 and serves on the
Nominating Committee and Scholarship
Committee within the Board.

Joshua Grassham, Board Member

Mr. Grassham is the Vice President of
Lea County State Bank in Hobbs.
He has been a member of the
NMJC Foundation Board since 2014
and serves on the Finance/Investment
Committee within the Board.

Robert Guthrie, Board Member

Mr. Guthrie is the Executive Director at
Options, Inc. in Hobbs. He has been
a member of the NMJC Foundation
Board since 2019 and serves on the
Nominating, Finance/Investment and
Executive Committees within the Board.

Lisa Hardison, Board Member

Ms. Hardison is Head of Communication &
Public Relations at Urenco in Eunice.
She has been on the NMJC Foundation
Board since 2013.

Isaac Holguin, Board Member

Mr. Holguin is the Decision Support Data
Analytics Specialist at Nor-Lea Hospital
District in Lovington. He has been on
the NMJC Foundation Board since 2022 and
serves on the Scholarship Committee within
the Board.

Guy Kesner, Board Member

Mr. Kesner is a Producer at Daniels
Insurance Agency, Inc. in Hobbs. He
was elected to the NMJC Board in 2001.
Kesner has been a member of the NMJC
Foundation Board since 2015 and serves on
the Executive Committee and the Finance/
Investment Committee within the Board.

Genia Miller, Board Member

Ms. Miller is a consultant at Ascension Group
International in Hobbs. She has been on
the NMJC Foundation Board since 2023.

Michael Raburn, Board Member

Mr. Raburn is a Pharmacist and Owner of
Michael’s Prescription Corner in Lovington
Hobbs and Eunice. He has served on
the NMJC Foundation Board since 2014
and serves on the Scholarship Committee
within the Board.

Daisha Strasner, Board Member

Ms. Strasner is Co-Owner of Arapahoe Oilfield 
Services, in Hobbs. She has served on the
NMJC Foundation Board since 2024 and serves
on the Scholarship Committee within the Board.

Gene Strickland, Board Member

Mr. Strickland is the Superintendent at Hobbs
Municipal Schools. He has served on the
NMJC Foundation Board since 2022. 

Becca Titus, Board Member

Ms. Titus is the President & CEO at United
Way of Lea County, in Hobbs. She has 
served on the NMJC Foundation Board since
2023.

Scott Windham, Board Member

Mr. Windham is the Sr. IT Services
Professional at Devon Energy, in Hobbs.
He has served on the NMJC Foundation
Board since 2023 and serves on the
Scholarship committee within the Board.

Summer Wright, Board Member

Ms. Wright is a Financial Advisor at Edward 
Jones, in Hobbs. She has served on the NMJC
Foundation Board since 2022 and serves on
the Finance/Investment Committee within
the Board.

Bobby Clark, NMJC Faculty
Representative

Mr. Clark is a Professor of Mathmatics at NMJC and is serving one year on the NMJC Foundation Board as the Faculty Representative.

Representative     

Ms. Cantu is the Administrative Assistant II
to the Dean of Student Success and is serving
one year on the NMJC Foundation Board as NMJC Support & Maintenance Representative.
