NMJC's Summer Session II Begins, Late Registration Continues
6/28/2010 1:35:20 a.m. - Hobbs, NM. Although Summer Session II officially begins at New Mexico Junior College on Monday, June 28, students can still register for classes through Tuesday, July 29. A $25 late registration fee will be required. Summer Session II ends July 29.
Students can also sign up to audit classes through Tuesday as well. In auditing a class, students take classes without receiving credit. According to Dr. Michele Clingman, Dean of Enrollment Management, auditing is ideal for students who want to take a class but don’t want to take exams or attend every class. Exercise classes, art classes, and other enrichment classes are often audited rather than taken for credit.
