Family Fun Days at the Museum Saturday April 26

The Western Heritage Museum and Lea County Cowboy Hall of Fame invites the community to its last Family Fun Days Saturday, April 26 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, in conjunction with its blockbuster exhibit “Bigger Than T.Rex”. Admission is free for the entire family.
Visitors are encouraged to create their own dinosaur masterpieces, dig for fossils, watch dinosaur movies in the theater, and wander through the “Bigger Than T.Rex” exhibit. Dino Don, originally scheduled to speak, has had to cancel his appearance.
The following day, Sunday, April 27 at 2:00pm, the museum will be showing its final dinosaur movie, “Jurassic Park”. Admission is free, with free popcorn and beverages.
“Bigger Than T.Rex” has extended its run through May 4, 2014. Museum hours are:
Tuesdays - Saturdays: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Sundays: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
The Western Heritage Museum and Lea County Cowboy Hall of Fame is located on the campus of New Mexico Junior College.
